FAQ

How long will it take to produce my signs, wrap or graphics?

The process begins with a brand discovery session to gauge the scope of work required and understand you and your needs. Following this the design process takes place during which time changes may be made. Once the design is signed off we begin production (manufacture, printing, laminating, cutting, painting), followed by the custom install of your signs, wrap or graphics. On average this process takes 3 weeks, but it can take more or less time depending on the scope of work. Whilst we make and create most of our work in shop sometimes we need to outsource products such as custom fabricated metal frames and this takes time. We can give you an estimated timeframe once a design is agreed.

What level of quality are the products you use?

Our first choice for all vinyl and graphics is Avery, due to their superior quality. We never use cheap imitation or Asian imported vinyls. Our Aluminium Composite Panels are always “Alupanel”, a superior product from the UK. We pride ourselves on using the best quality materials and products available in the market and never compromise on this.

Can you use the logo and/or artwork I have designed myself?

Generally, no. We require specific file types and specifications for enlarged printing or cutting. Unless you have designed the artwork in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw and outputted the data as a vector EPS it is better for us to produce the artwork.

I had a graphic designer design all my materials and I have print ready files, can you use them?

Of course, if your artwork is created correctly by a design professional and meets certain requirements we are happy to use any supplied graphic designed files.

Are all vehicles suitable to be wrapped?

We can almost wrap anything with some exceptions. If your vehicle has been painted in the last 2 weeks it cannot be wrapped as it needs at least 2 weeks to cure and outgas. If your vehicle has poor paint that is flaking, rusted, peeling or severely oxidised then it’s not a good wrap candidate, unless you want to sand it back and apply a prep coat. If it has multiple dings and bumps this will show through into the wrap and will affect the end result. We cannot wrap the plastic trim or plastic bumpers due to poor surface energy. But if the paint is good, it can be wrapped.

I had my wrap, graphics or vinyl made elsewhere or I purchased them online, can you install them?

Yes we can, but at the customer’s risk. We can never be sure of the quality or type of vinyl that has been used nor how it has been treated before we receive it and this can significantly impact how it performs. We are happy to install it but are unable to warrant it.

Are your staff qualified, trained, licensed and insured?

Yes, all our staff hold trade certificates in Signage and Graphics and have undertaken numerous other courses, including but not limited to – Avery Advanced Wrap Course, Justin Pate Wrap Institute Course, Design Courses, Working at Heights, white cards, yellow cards, high risk licences and Elevated Working Platform Licences. We take pride in our knowledge and attend multiple refresher courses each year to make sure we are ahead of the game. All the staff are covered under a $20,000,000 Public Liability Policy, ICARE Workers Compensation Policy and personal Injury and Illness Insurance.

How can we help you stand out from the crowd?
